V-TEK has built the inspection platform on the market proven base of a TM-50 manual taping machine, and leveraged this platform to enable a high-speed reel-to-reel inspection. Cybord has developed a leading edge algorithm to detect counterfeit components utilizing big data analytics and Artificial Intelligence. The “Kingfisher” algorithm has been designed specifically to run with the V-TEK R2R inspection system to provide real-time detection of counterfeit components, mixed lots, used components and other quality issues, while providing full traceability of the inspection results.
